Snow Removal — Residential & Commercial

Residential drives and commercial lots, plowed and salted before you need to be anywhere.

What's Involved

Plowed before you need to be anywhere

Snow is the service that keeps your business open and your driveway usable. We run residential drives and commercial lots across SE Wisconsin on a seasonal route — so you're not calling around at 5am after eight inches falls overnight. Routes are built by geography and they fill up, so reserve early.

  • Commercial lots, entrances, and sidewalks
  • Plowing, shoveling, and salting / de‑icing

Our Approach

How we do it right

Cleared before open

Commercial clients get cleared on a priority route, so the lot and entrance are done before your first customer or employee arrives.

Seasonal or per‑event

A seasonal contract is predictable and gets you on the route. Per‑event works if you only want us for the big ones. Both are available.

Salting and liability

An unsalted lot is a slip‑and‑fall claim waiting to happen. De‑icing is part of the commercial service, not an upsell.

Common Questions

Snow Removal — the questions we get

When should I book snow removal?

Before the first snow — ideally early fall. Routes are built by geography and they fill up, so reserving a residential drive or commercial lot in September or October is far safer than calling once a storm is already forecast.

Seasonal contract or per‑push?

A seasonal contract is a flat, predictable cost and guarantees you a spot on the route regardless of how bad the winter is. Per‑push means you only pay when it snows, but you're behind contracted clients. Most commercial properties go seasonal.

How much snow triggers a plow?

Typically a 2‑inch trigger, though commercial properties often want a lower threshold and salting on top. We set the trigger with you when the contract is written.
