What's Involved

A plan for the whole yard — then we build it

Most projects start here. We walk the property with you, talk through how you actually use the space, and design something that combines natural beauty with function and sustainability. Then the same team installs it — no handoff to a subcontractor, no finger‑pointing when something doesn't line up.

  • On‑site consultation and property assessment
  • Custom design with plant and material selections
  • Grading, drainage, and slope solutions
  • Full installation by our own crew
  • Residential and commercial properties

Our Approach

How we do it right

Designed for your site, not a catalog

Sun, soil, slope, and drainage all change what will actually thrive. The plan starts with your property, not a template.

One team, start to finish

The people who drew it are the people who build it — so the design doesn't get value‑engineered into something else.

Built to last past year one

Proper base, drainage, and plant selection are what separate a yard that still looks good in a decade from one that doesn't.

Common Questions

Landscape Design & Installation — the questions we get

Do I need a design before you'll do the work?

For a small planting refresh, a mulch delivery, or a cleanup — no. But for a patio, a retaining wall, or a full‑yard change, a design pays for itself. It's how we make sure grading, drainage, and materials all work together before anyone starts digging.

How long does the design take?

Typically a couple of weeks from the on‑site visit to a plan you can react to, depending on the season and how complex the site is. Spring is busiest, so earlier is better.

Can you work in phases?

Yes. Plenty of clients design the whole yard once, then build it over two or three seasons as budget allows. Having the master plan first is what keeps the phases from fighting each other.
